1. Aktuasi : Meskipun terdengar seperti aktualisasi tapi aktuasi sebenarnya bermakna lain. AKtuasi adalah salah satu fungsi manajemen untuk mengarahkan karyawan agar dapat mencapai kepuasan dalam bekerja dan keefektifan dalam sistem di perusahaan. Salah satu cara nya adalah dengan sering memotivasi dan memberikan feedback atas progress yang dilakukan oleh karyawan.
Dalam ilmu manajemen di startup kata aktuasi ini juga termasuk dalam proses on bording karyawan baru. Karyawan baru dalam pertama kali bekerja tentunya tidak tahu apa yang harus dikerjakan. Oleh karena itu proses on boarding atau memperkenalkan karyawan baru terhadap hal hal yang ada di dalam perusahaan adalah salah satu hal yang cukup penting di sini.
