Negara-negara di Benua Amerika Selatan beserta Ibukotanya – Benua Amerika Selatan merupakan Benua terbesar ke-4 di Dunia dengan luas wilayahnya sebesar 17.840.000 km2 atau sekitar 12% dari jumlah daratan di Bumi ini. Di sebelah Barat Benua Amerika Selatan adalah Samudera Pasifik sedangkan di sebelah Timurnya adalah Samudera Atlantik. Di sebelah Utaranya Benua Amerika Selatan adalah Laut Karibia dan Benua Amerika Utara. Berdasarkan jumlah penduduk, Benua Amerika Selatan yang memiliki jumlah penduduk sebanyak 392,555,000 jiwa ini menduduki peringkat ke-5 setelah Benua Eropa.

Negara Terbesar di Benua Amerika Selatan adalah Brasil dengan luas wilayah sebesar 8,515,770 km2 atau sekitar 48% dari total wilayah Benua Amerika Selatan. Brasil juga merupakan Negara yang memiliki jumlah penduduk terbanyak di Benua Amerika Selatan yaitu sebanyak 204.259.812 jiwa atau sekitar 52% dari jumlah penduduk di Benua Amerika Selatan.
